Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We bake in small batches early in the week, pack them, and send to our couriers on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. You shou expect to receive the product, a day or two later. We will increase our production and delivery schedule as we build our business, but for now please bear with us, we want to give you the freshest product possible.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Absolutely - we currently deliver across the UK. Unfortunately, we’re not shipping internationally at the moment, but we are looking at logistics to open up our markets soon - watch this space!!
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. Any free delivery thresholds will be clearly shown before you place your order.
Will my order fit through the letterbox?
Due to the size of the products packaging and protection for delivery, unfortunately these will not fit through letterboxes.
Products & Storage
How long do your cheese snacks stay fresh?
Each pack has a best-before date clearly printed on it. When stored correctly, our snacks stay fresh for several weeks.
How should I store them?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal the pack tightly and enjoy within a few days for the best crunch and flavour.
Are your snacks baked fresh?
Yes. Our snacks are baked in small batches to ensure quality, flavour and consistency.
Ingredients & Allergens
Where can I find allergen information?
All allergen information is listed on each product page and on the packaging. This will always be the most up-to-date source.
What allergens do you use?
Our products contain allergens such as milk and wheat. Full details are provided per product.
Do you handle nuts or other allergens?
Yes. Our products are baked in a kitchen that also handles nuts, sesame, mustard and other allergens, so traces may be present.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
Many of our products are suitable for vegetarians. Please check individual product pages for confirmation.
Returns & Issues
What if my order arrives damaged?
If something doesn’t arrive as expected, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll always do our best to put things right.
Can I return food products?
For food safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened products. If there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch and we’ll help.
Gifting & Other
Do you offer gift options?
We are working on gifting options, we will let you know through all of our media channels when we can share some of the fun ways you can share Zabranz products.
Can I include a personalised note?
Where available, you’ll be able to add a short gift message at checkout.
Do you offer wholesale or trade orders?
Not yet. Our current focus is on our direct-to-consumer market that have been loyal to our journey up to this point, As we grow as a business we will be looking to expand our sales channels
