Shipping policy

At Zabranz Artisan Bakehouse, every order is baked fresh in small batches at the start of each week.
Because your snacks are handmade and contain real cheese, we work to a strict weekly baking and shipping schedule to ensure the best possible freshness when they arrive with you.

📦 Shipping Schedule

• We bake fresh Monday - Tuesday.

• All orders are dispatched every Wednesday.

• Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked (or the most appropriate courier) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Most orders arrive by Friday of the same week.

⏳ Order Cut-Off

Orders placed before Monday 12pm will be included in that week’s baking cycle.
Orders placed after the cut-off will automatically roll into the following week’s batch.

🚚 Delivery Times

Once dispatched on Wednesday, deliveries typically take 1-2 working days within the UK.
Please note delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasonal periods.

🧀 Freshness Guarantee

Your snacks are baked, cooled, packed, and posted within the same 48–72 hour window to guarantee maximum freshness.
