Our Cheddar & Parmesan Sablés reimagine a classic savoury biscuit through the Zabranz lens: elegant heritage, simple ingredients, and bold, unapologetic flavour. Made with a blend of sharp mature cheddar and aged Parmesan, these sablés are rich, buttery, and deeply aromatic - the kind of smell that makes you pause before you even take a bite.
We bake fresh Monday–Tuesday. All orders are dispatched every Wednesday. Orders placed before Monday 12pm will be included in that week’s baking cycle.
